The EA4526YH is one of the latest evaluation boards in the DC/DC & AC/DC (Off-Line) SMPS category. It has been designed to serve a variety of applications ranging from digital control/instrumentation, to power management and renewable energy systems. The board is shipped with a built-in oscilloscope, as well as a digital-analog converter (DAC).
The board features a high-current and adjustable output current range, as well as high-efficiency switching frequency of up to 450kHz. It has three independent bidirectional outputs, which can supply up to 5A, 10A and 20A of output current respectively. The board also features an output voltage regulation range of up to 48V DC, and an adjustable output voltage of up to +30V DC. The board also includes a soft-start feature to prevent overloads, and a wide range of output waveform generation options.
The EA4526YH also includes a half-bridge MOSFET driver, which is used to control the power output of the board.
