EC103B1 Application Field and Working Principle

The EC103B1 is a type of thyristor, more specifically, a silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR). The gate must remain in this state for the SCR to continue to conduct; if the gate voltage drops below positive threshold, the SCR will turn off and electricity will not pass.
