It encompasses the world-class, super low-power EFM8 16-bit features and peripherals in a prefabricated 8-bit package, making it ideal for a wide range of embedded applications. This sub-family of the EFM8SB10F8G-A-QSOP24 series features a 64 MHz High-Speed CPU with 64 K bytes of in-system programmable Flash, as well as enhanced operations, 40 K bytes of Flash and 4 K bytes of System RAM.

The EFM8SB10F8G-A-QSOP24 is designed for applications that require minimal development time, low-cost and best-in-class low-power performance. It is suitable for a broad range of embedded applications, including those in automotive, consumer, industrial, and mobile device markets. The EFM8SB10F8G-A-QSOP24 offers a very low-power 16-bit MCU architecture with 32 or 64 K bytes of in-system programmable Flash capable of running up to 32 K instructions per second.
