The EFM8UB20F32G-B-QFN32R is a 32-pin, low-power, 8-bit microcontroller (MCU) integrated into a Quad Flat No-Lead package, providing a complete system on a chip solution for highly integrated embedded control applications. It features multiple peripherals, including up to 64kbytes of in-system Flash program memory, a Burst Mode FLASH Controller, 16ch banks of user Flash memory, five serial communication modules, eleven CPU timers, five Timer/Counters, four 16-bit capture registers, and a 16-channel 12-bit ADC.

This device provides flexibility and performance for multi-processor and cost sensitive applications. It is ideal for a wide range of applications including avionics, medical electronics, power conversion and management, industrial control, HVAC, automotive, and consumer electronics.

The on-chip Burst Mode Flash Controller provides a fast, efficient, and low-cost interface between the EFM8UB20F32G-B-QFN32R and the external flash memory.
