- EK 06V1 Diodes - Rectifiers - Single Application Field and Working Principle
The EK 06V1 is a fast-recovery, two-terminal type single rectifier diode which is well suited for switching applications. Its fast recovery time provides an advantage over slower recovery diodes in many applications, since it reduces the time spent in the forward voltage drop area and thus prevents power loss due to accumulation of heat.
The EK 06V1 is used in many applications where high switching speeds are essential.
