The JN516X-EK001 is an evaluation board from RF Evaluation and Development Boards. It is a complete development and evaluation solution that helps to quickly evaluate the features and capabilities of the JN516x System-on-Chip (SoC) and Wireless Microcontroller (MCU) modules. The JN516X-EK001 board provides reliable, high-performance, low-power consumption, and perfect implementation of the 802.15.4 ZigBee or 6LoWPAN network for applications such as home and industrial automation, wireless sensing, remote monitoring, and building automation.

The board includes all of the necessary components and features to get started with the JN516x SoC and its IEEE 802.15.4 compatible RF transceivers. The JN516X-EK001 features an on-board mounting kit, a power supply, an integrated debugger (NXP LPC21xx) for easy debugging and programming, and a USB-powered programming adapter for connecting to a host computer.
