The EL5163IW-T7A is a monolithic, wide-bandwidth, low-power CMOS amplifier optimized for unity-gain stable, voltage-feedback applications. This device is capable of providing a wide range of voltage gains up to 30 dB, while operating off of a single 5 V power supply. It operates over a wide frequency range from DC to 10 MHz and has a low typical distortion of 0.015%. Its quiescent current is only 6.5 mA, making it well-suited for battery-powered applications.

The EL5163IW-T7A has very low output noise of 4.7 nV/√Hz at 1 kHz and high slew rate of 18 V/uS. It also has excellent power-supply rejection ratio of 85 dB and differential gain/phase DR of 0.1%. These features make the device a great choice for applications requiring high signal integrity.

The input section of the device features a single-ended, high-impedance, rail-to-rail input stage to allow for a wide dynamic range with low distortion. It has a very high input impedance of 300 kΩ and 5 pF input capacitance. The output buffer is configured for a low-impedance single-ended output with an output voltage swing of 4.2 V peak-to-peak.
