The EL7583IRZ-T13 (EL7583) is an automotive qualified 3A synchronous step-down switching regulator designed to provide intermediate bus and point-of-load (POL) conversion in automotive applications. The EL7583 integrates high-side and low-side N-Channel power MOSFETs, along with all the necessary control, protection and drive circuitry, to provide high efficiency regulation from a wide range of input supply voltages.
