The EL817S(D)(TA)-V is a compact, 4-pin, single channel, ultra-fast, and advanced optoisolator with transistor and photovoltaic output. It can detect AC or DC input signals from small to moderate power range with high efficiency. With its compact design, the EL817S(D)(TA)-V is an ideal solution for applications such as motor control, power measurement, digital communication links and data acquisition systems.
The EL817S(D)(TA)-V has a photo-coupled transistor photovoltaic output. The photo-coupled transistor is a commonly used output component and is used in many devices. This type of output is optimal for applications that require high speed with minimal noise. It has a fast switching speed and a low current transfer ratio to ensure high accuracy in data transmission. The photovoltaic output has a fast time delay of 0.9µs and a fast photovoltaic response time of 0.2µs.
The EL817S(D)(TA)-V consists of an internal bias voltage which determines the working voltage of the opto-isolator.
