Before connecting the two components of the terminal block together, the spacing pin should be removed to provide correct alignment of the pin holes and the cables. The two components of the terminal block are then connected together with a securing clip or pin (depending on the type of terminal block).The ELVA28100 is designed for use in 0.2-6mm2 electric cable, with a single wire terminal connection. The contacts are made from the top-mounted spring contacts, which provide good electrical contact with the wire. The contact point of the spring contact is gold platting to ensure good conductivity. The outer body is made from UL94-0 ABS thermoplastic material for an excellent temperature tolerance.Each terminal block has two pin terminals, which are connected together via two pin holes.
