Specifications

The ES1H is an ultra high speed single diode rectifier with a maximum forward blocking voltage of 200V and a maximum reverse blocking voltage of 1000V. It has an on-resistance of 10Ω in the forward blocking direction, making it suitable for linear regulation, as well as for EMI/RFI filtering applications. The maximum surge current rating of the ES1H is 1.2A and the maximum continuous current rating is 1A. The maximum reverse leakage current is 25mA, and the capacitance is rated at 10pF.
