.The EV1HMC717ALP3 is an RF evaluation and development kit, board designed by Avago Technologies. It includes an Avago-manufactured production part, an HMC717HSP40 with a preconfigured circuit in a TSSOP package. The kit comes with a complete system solution including hardware, software and comprehensive documentation.
The purpose of the EV1HMC717ALP3 kit is to enable the evaluation of the performance of high-frequency microwave amplifiers used in wideband communications systems. The kit can also be used for the design and development of radio frequency (RF) amplifying systems.
The individual components of the kit include the following: a wideband amplifier with programmable control, a 12-bit digital to analog converter, a low-noise amplifier, a power detector, an RF switch, a voltage regulator, and an external power supply.
