The EVAL-ADXRS622Z is a application board based on the ADXRS622Z angular rate sensor. The working principle is based on the angular rate sensing principle, which depends on the Coriolis Effect. The rotation of the body or platforms along an axis causes acceleration or deceleration of the proof mass that is suspended inside the gyroscope and perpendicular to the axis, depending on the direction of rotation. This inertial motion is detected and converted into angular motion by the angular rate sensor.Layout and Design
The EVAL-ADXRS622Z evaluation board features a simple and compact layout design. The board measures only 66x43mm and is powered by a 3.3V single power source. The angular rate sensor is placed on the center of the board and is surrounded by a buffer and decoupling circuitry.
