EVLVIP27-7WLED Application Field and Working Principle
The EVLVIP27-7WLED is an advanced evaluation board, designed to assist in the development of medium power LED lighting systems. The board consists of two parts; an evaluation stage, and a comprehensive suite of power components designed to enable the user to built their project. The EVLVIP27-7WLED evaluation board is equipped with 7 W LEDs and is capable of directing 7 W of power to the LEDs. The board utilizes a 3/2 step PFC and DC/DC converter to offer the best power conversion efficiency available, allowing the user to maximize their efficiency.
The LED output on the board is controlled by a PWM signal, which is pulled from the external micro-controller. The user is able to adjust both the brightness and the color temperature of the LED output by changing the PWM signal. The EVLVIP27-7WLED is also capable of dimming the LED output, giving the user complete control of their LED lighting system.
In addition to the power control capabilities of the board, the EVLVIP27-7WLED also offers a number of other common evaluation board functions.
