EVLVIPER28H-10W is a worldwide leading evaluation board which provides both switching power supply solutions for practical applications. This evaluation board is designed with a wide range of DC/DC (off-line) SMPS, AC/DC (off-line) SMPS, and is widely used in various industries such as consumer electronics, communications, automotive, medical, etc. EVLVIPER28H-10W is extremely efficient and cost-effective, and it is easy to use. It contains all of the necessary components, including power components, control components, electrical components, etc., which are readily available and can be purchased from many distributors. Power components of EVLVIPER28H-10W include switching power supply, MOSFET, IGBT, FRD, STC, and flyback transformer. The control component includes transformer, timer, oscillator, current and voltage control logic, and digital potentiometer. The electrical components consist of choke coil, cable, capacitor, EMI filter, and protective circuitry. All these components are designed for specific application requirements, such as increased power efficiency, better noise immunity, and less current and power losses. The EVLVIPER28H-10W working principle is based on synchronous rectification technology. It works by utilizing the transfer of electronic energy from one form to another. It has three operating modes: forward, inverse, and set speed mode. In forward mode, the voltage provided by the AC input is rectified and then converted into DC voltage which is suitable for the required target. Inverse mode, the voltage provided by the DC input is rectified and then transferred to the AC output. Finally, in set speed mode, a fixed power factor is maintained. With the help of the integrated timer, it can be easily adjusted according to the required output frequency. Moreover, dip switches are also included to help better control the power flow of the components. The MOSFET mechanism helps prevent overloading and thermal protection. Finally, EMI filters reduce the high-frequency noises generated on the output of the EVLVIPER28H-10W. EVLVIPER28H-10W evaluation board is extremely versatile and can be used in a wide variety of applications including motor control, battery management, power conversion, and testing applications. Aside from these applications, this evaluation board can also be used for lighting management, medical imaging, and communications. It can enhance the performance of any application, both in terms of reliability, efficiency, and cost-saving.
