Working Principle of F17102681000
F17102681000 film capacitors are mainly composed of metallized polypropylene film, an aluminum foil electrode, and an insulation material. Metallized polypropylene film has excellent features such as high dielectric breakdown, high dielectric constant, low dielectric loss and mechanical strength. It has lower equivalent series resistance, lower equivalent series inductance, lower parasitic capacitance, and high withstanding voltage, so it can effectively suppress the interference of high-frequency noise. The aluminum foil electrode is used as the outer shield of the film capacitor, which has high conductivity, allowing the capacitor to effectively filter out noise and reduce EMI. The insulation material is a silicone rubber with high air permeability, temperature resistance, flame resistance and no pollution.
It is composed of two types of inductors: one is a series inductor to control the high-frequency harmonic current, and the other is a shunt inductor connected in parallel with the power line. The series inductor acts to limit the ability of the power line to transmit high-frequency current harmonics. The shunt inductor acts to absorb high-frequency noise, thereby reducing the impact of noise on powered devices. The combination of these two inductors effectively controls the flow of EMI and keeps it within acceptable electrical safety levels.
