Principle of Operation

The F1892RD1200 is an enhanced monolithic diode designed for duty cycles up to 75%. It consists of two complementary rectifying components connected in a miniature package configuration with 4 pins named: Cathode Anode, Cathode Bode and Anode Bode. When a signal is applied to the anode of each pin, the interconnection between them allows a current to pass through in only one direction. Thus, this Rectifiers Array is ideal for full-wave or peak-point clipper applications, due to its zero-voltage switching capability.
