Working Principle

The contactor is composed of five parts, which are normally open contact, normally hold contact, operating coil, release coil and case. When the operating coil is energized, the armature is attracted by the magnet and the contact point is close. At this time the power supply is connected, and the load is supplied power. When the operating current is broken, the contact point will be disconnected, and the load will be stopped.

When the release coil is energized, the magnetic force of the armature will be weaken due to the electromagnetic induction. The armature will be rebound automatically and the contact point will be disconnected due to the elastic force of the contact action spring, thus the load will be cut off the power.

F5LD2-2M1 contactor is also equipped with a manual reset function. When the contact is in an open state, people can manually push down the button, and drive the armature to close the contact. This function is mainly used for emergency restoration of the electric circuit.

In order to ensure the normal and stable operation of the contactor, the electrical connection and mechanical connection of F5LD2-2M1 contactors should be in graphic structure and of good contact performance.
