The FDLL4448 is a single rectifier diode designed for a variety of power management applications. It is designed to provide efficient, higher-current rectified power for linear regulators, switching supplies, advanced power management ICs (APMs), power switches and solenoid drivers. The FDLL4448 is packaged in a SOD-123F package, and has a very low forward voltage drop of 0.31 V.
