1. Description
The FFP15S60STU is a STEALTHT Il diode with soft recovery characteristics. it is silicon nitride passivated ion-implanted epitaxialplanar construction. This device is intended for use as freewheeling of boost diode in switching power supplies and other powerswithching applications. Their low stored charge and hyperfastsoft recovery minimize ringing and electrical noise in many powerswitching circuits reducing power loss in the switching transistors.
