It is ideal for applications such as: melody generation, sound synthesis, modulation, and digital-to-analog conversion.The FN7500045 oscillator uses a system of filters to accurately synthesize the desired output frequency. The filter used is a type of passive filter, with three capacitors connected in series between the input and output. The capacitors are arranged as a low-pass, high-pass, and band-pass filter. The three types of filters are arranged in such a way that frequencies below and above the desired output frequency are filtered out, leaving the desired output frequency unaltered. The output frequency is then adjusted by changing either the resistance or capacitance of the associated filters.To regulate the frequency of the output signal, the FN7500045 oscillator uses a type of voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO). These VCOs are used to generate a stable output frequency with minimal jitter and distortion. The VCO is controlled by an integrated voltage regulator which supplies a fixed voltage (Vdd) to the VCO. This voltage is then modulated by an external voltage (Vee) to provide a variable frequency output signal.The FN7500045 oscillator is also capable of delivering highly accurate and stable signal amplitudes. It features a variable amplifier stage, which can be adjusted to supply a 0.2 to 1.2V signal amplitude. This allows for precise control of the oscillator\'s output waveform.In addition, the FN7500045 oscillator is temperature compensated, providing greater thermal stability than other oscillators.
