FOD8384V is a high-performance, high-speed gate driver insulation module with high current capacity, for driving a variety of gate. This device integrates a high-performance isolation channel and current-share transconductance amplifier for driving the gate. It has a built-in overcurrent protection, an adjustable soft-start time, auto-zero off-scale protection, and programmable deadtime.
