FS3H012NG Application Field and Working Principle

FS3H012NG is a three-phase thyristor-silicon controlled rectifier (SCR) with a rated current of 12A and an operating voltage of 800V. It contains three elements including anode, cathode, gate. It can be widely used as a bridge in the electric power industry, such as AC power supply, rectifying circuits, dimmers for lighting, motor speed controllers and heat control. Working Principle of the FS3H012NG
