The FSUSB11L10X is a special purpose analog switch, designed to fulfill the need of low cost, low power, low charge injection and wide analog signal range signal multiplexing. This switch is designed to support up to 11 switches in the xLPP package and comprises two low on resistance switches and two high on resistance switches in each device. This switch offers excellent high speed performance features with low power dissipation.

The FSUSB11L10X is used in a wide range of applications from medical equipment, audio, video and consumer electronics, optical and audio systems, instrumentation and other similar areas. It is suitable for high-speed multiplexing of high-bandwidth analog signals as well as for low-frequency line selection. This switch is also ideal for driving large loads, such as motorized stages, motor controllers and other high current applications.

The FSUSB11L10X is a single-pole-double-throw analog switch with an isolation voltage of 10 kV/μs. This switch offers fast switching speed with low charge injection and low power consumption. It has a typical on-resistance of 10 mΩ and an off-state leakage current of 20 mA. This switch can handle up to 50 volts of input signals and is capable of driving up to 100 mA of continuous current. The package type of this switch is xLPP and it is available in different packages ranging from the 8-pin to 24-pin packages.

The working principle of the FSUSB11L10X analog switch is based on the use of CMOS transistors. It has a single pole-double-throw configuration and when the voltage applied to one of the switch’s control pins is set to high or low, the corresponding switch opens or closes. This switch has a threshold voltage of 1.7V, meaning that when the voltage level is above 1.7V the switch opens and when the voltage level is below 1.7V the switch closes.
