FTSLC900FS01 is a single-fiber bidirectional media converter, which is mainly used to solve the data transfer point-to-point between 10/100M-TX and 100FX of optical fiber or 10/100M-TM optical fiber media. The working wavelength is normally 1310nm and 1550nm for single-fiber bidirectional. It is widely used in fields of FTTH, FTTB, high-speed ethernet data collection, video surveillance, campus networks and so on.FTSLC900FS01 accepts a single-fiber 10/100M-TX/FX as wide area network interfaces to exchange data, and also accepts another single-fiber 10/100M-TM / 100FX as metropolitan area or local area network interfaces to provide the connection with optical fiber signals. This device will convert optical signal to electrical signal for transmission, and reversely convert electrical signal to optical signal for transmission. It can realize the conversion between Etherent and optical fiber signals. It supports auto-Negotiation funtion and complies with IEEE802.3u standard.FTSLC900FS01 adopt multi-chip modulation optical circuit, which assembled with one automatic power, control circuit, photoeletric conversion circuit, opto isolator circuit, drive circuit and optical port port. When this device receive a data in electrical signal, after the photoeletric conversion, it will be encoded the signal and send it to the optical port. The stream will be transmitted over the optical fiber and reach the destination fiber media. The device also supports auto-Negotiation to decide the transmitting rate and duplex mode which follow IEEE802.3u standards. When receiving a signal, the device will convert the optical signal to electrical signal after photoeletric convertion, then the drive circuit will decode the signal and transfer it to the electrical port. After receiving the signal, the device will execute auto-Negotiation to recognize the peer device\'s status, decide its media rate and duplex mode to finish the whole communication.
