MiscellaneousThe FXLD2-2M3 is a microprocessor-controlled ultra-high accuracy detected metal locator mainly used for locating and detecting metallic metal objects. First, it generates a high-frequency electromagnetic field of alternating current to probe the surrounding environment; then, it measures objects detected in this field by measuring the change in current. This locator is equipped with two antennas, one transmitting and one receiving. The transmitting antenna sends out an alternating current signal, which is detected by the receiving antenna. If there is a metal object in the path of the signal, the receiving antenna will detect an increase in current. By analyzing this change in current, the metal detecting locator can determine the location of the object as well as its size and orientation.The metal locator has two working modes: manual detection and continuous detection. In manual detection, the operator needs to press the search button each time, so that the locator will conduct a search and detect the objects.
