Diodes - Bridge Rectifiers have been around for many years and are still popular today. The G3SBA20-E3/51 is a three-phase bridge rectifier with an additional MOSFET on each side. The G3SBA20-E3/51 is part of a great family of bridge rectifiers, designed to excel in a variety of applications such as power conversion, AC/DC rectification, motor control, and protection of motor capacitors.
