Diodes - Bridge Rectifiers have been around for many years and are still popular today. The G3SBA20-E3/51 is a three-phase bridge rectifier with an additional MOSFET on each side. The G3SBA20-E3/51 is part of a great family of bridge rectifiers, designed to excel in a variety of applications such as power conversion, AC/DC rectification, motor control, and protection of motor capacitors.

The G3SBA20-E3/51 has a variety of on-board features that enhance its application range, including an extremely low forward voltage drop for increased efficiency, higher current capability for more powerful devices, and a thermal protection circuit for improved safety. The device also features a very low thermal resistance and high junction-to-ambient temperature dissipation. All these features combined make the G3SBA20-E3/51 perfect for a wide range of applications.
