Working Principle

The G403132211HR connector is composed of two sections, each of which is equipped with a plug. The plug portion has a contact spring terminal that is plug-in connectable with the mating socket. This contact spring terminal is bendable in opposite directions and pressed upwards when the plug section is inserted into the mating socket in order to obtain reliable contact force. The contact spring terminal has a protrusion at the rear end that is bent towards the opposite direction when plug-in connectable with the mating socket, in order to achieve reliable tension when in contact.

Both sections are fitted with push-pull type locks, which eliminate the need to screw type fasteners. When the plug section is inserted into the mating socket, the push-pull type lock knob is turned to securely lock the two sections together. In addition, each section is equipped with a release fitting consisting of a slider latch, so that when the slider button is pressed, the plug section can easily be disconnected from the mating socket.
