G45-14-2 is one of the widely used resilient seat gate valves in the industry. It is a kind of medium-pressure gate valve manufactured according to the standard of ASME B16.34. Application field
G45-14-2 is suitable for the controlling and shutting off of various pipe medias such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid and so on in industrial pipelines, so it applies to petroleum, chemical industry, food, industry, pharmaceutical, electric power and so on. Moreover, it can be fixed on horizontal or vertical pipelines, because it has two kinds of mounting types.

Working principle
G45-14-2 has three parts of sealing: (1) spool-end contact sealing; (2) hand wheel-end contact sealing and (3) O-ring sealing. In the switching-on and switching-off process, the wedge of the gate valve will go up and down, and the sealing of the up and down sealing structural surfaces is applied. The O-ring is applied to ensure the reliability of the valve. Its working temperature range is from -29℃ to 425℃. Its working pressure range is 0.1MPa—1.6MPa, and its nominal caliber is DN15-DN100.
