GRT1-PNT Application Field and Working Principle

GRT1-PNT controllers belong to the PLC modules of Controllers. It mainly applies in production line, industrial machine, laser machine, machine center, robots and printing machine. It is suitable for controlling many kinds of motors, and ensuring the stability to the system of controlling.

GRT1-PNT Controllers Structure and Performance

The GRT1-PNT controller has a mounting unit, a driver unit, a CPU board and a display unit. The mounting unit is used to fix the drivers. There are two types of drivers available, namely, the three phase General Purpose Drivers and the four phase General Purpose Drivers, which has maximum output current of 8A.The CPU board is equipped with a 32-bit RISC CPU, and a 2D graphic LCD. It has a RAM capacity of 512K bytes, and a ROM capacity of 2M bytes. The display unit is used to display the control status of the system. It has a backlight, and can be used in both day and night time.

GRT1-PNT Controllers Working Principle

The GRT1-PNT controller is mainly used for controlling various kinds of AC motors, such as AC servo motor, stepper motor and linear motor. It consists of a CPU board, a display unit, a driver unit and a mounting unit. The CPU board is equipped with a 32-bit RISC CPU, and it has a RAM capacity of 512K bytes, and a ROM capacity of 2M bytes. This CPU board is responsible for driving the motor, and it does this by sending out signals that are regulated and controlled by the CPU board.

The CPU board also reads in data from the various sensors attached to the motor, and processes this data in order to create a signal that is sent out to the motor. This signal controls the speed, direction, and torque of the motor. The display unit is responsible for displaying the current state of the motor, such as the current speed, direction, and torque.

The driver unit is responsible for taking the signal from the CPU board and applying it to the motor in order to move it. It is also responsible for reading in data from the various sensors and feeding that back to the CPU board. The mounting unit is responsible for mounting the drivers on the motor.
