Working Principle

GT19S-1.6-2.9S/CK-MP3(61) motor controller adopts full closed loop vector control technology, which can completely control the operating characteristics of the motor in the designed working environment, making sure that the variable speed drive system can realize the required high speed, low speed, and high torque. The built-in sinusoidal current vector control loop is used to proportionally control the motor current based on the speed command signal. The motor current will be adjusted based on changes in the load, so as to maintain the stability and accuracy of the motor speed.The motor controller can accurately control the input current waveform, reduce harmonic interference, reduce the overheating of the motor, and improve the energy saving effect. It can reduce the pulse current width of the phase current to the minimum, which can effectively reduce the start-up motor current and the speed of the motor.
