GV7605-IBE3 is a high performance, cost-effective and versatile Image & Video Processing (IVP) Engine specifically designed for Linear - Video Processing.

It offers a comprehensive suite of image and video processing algorithms, operating on both 1, 4 and 8-bit data, that are suitable for a broad range of applications including camera/image/video stabilization, edit/scrub/playback, video noise reduction, video enhancement, color conversion and video filtering.

The engine supports multiple video formats including High-Definition, Standard-Definition and 3D-Stereo. It also supports embedded communication protocols such as Gigabit Ethernet, FireWire and RS-232 and provides advanced features such as rate control and error-correction.

The engine implements a full set of video processing algorithms including noise reduction, sharpening, color correction and frame interpolation. Additionally, it provides support for advanced video filtering, edge detection, motion vector estimation and video stabilization.

The GV7605-IBE3 supports both video coding and decoding and incorporates a Video Codec Interface (VCI). This system includes a broad range of codecs like H.264, MPEG-2/4, and VC-1 to support multi-channel video applications.
