Jumper Wires

It is suitable for lead-free soldering and has a maximum operating temperature of 80°C. The cable is insulated with an active thermoplastic material to provide environmental protection and thermal performance. All strands of the cable are made from tinned copper and each wire in the strand is 28AWG.

Pre-Crimped Leads

The pre-crimped leads supplied with the H2BXG-10105-G8 jumper wire are designed to make installation and connection easier and more reliable. These leads feature a special crimp that allows them to tightly grip the tab on the head of the jumper and make a secure connection with the connector used in the system. The crimped portion has a black PVC insulation sleeve which provides greater protection against short circuits.
