Time Delay Relays are used to delay control actions for a predetermined amount of time. The H3CR-HRL AC100-120M is a type of time delay relay which, upon detecting a voltage or current condition, will cause a relay contact to be energized with a time-delay. The H3CR-HRL AC100-120M is designed to work in three modes, including on-delayed, off-delayed, and one-shot modes. The H3CR-HRL AC100-120M has an on-delay function. In this mode, the output is turned on after a set time when the input is turned on. The time delay can be set by adjusting the on time control knob. The off-delay mode is the reverse of the on-delay mode. In this mode, the output is turned off after a set time when the input is turned off. Again, the time delay can be set by adjusting the off time control knob. The one-shot mode causes the output to turn on for a predetermined amount of time when the input is activated. The time delay for this mode can be set by adjusting both the on time and off time control knobs.The H3CR-HRL AC100-120M is a highly versatile time delay relay that can be used in a wide range of applications. Some of these applications include elevator control, momentary start controls, motor overload protection, industrial and commercial process control, and automatic machine controls. The H3CR-HRL AC100-120M can also be used to control other devices such as vending machines, automatic doors, and industrial robots.The H3CR-HRL AC100-120M can be used in a variety of configurations and is designed to be extremely reliable and easy to use. The H3CR-HRL AC100-120M is equipped with an LED indicator and buzzer which signal when the output is energized or de-energized. The unit also features a manual reset button, which allows the user to reset the time delay if the input is not activated again.The basic working principle behind the H3CR-HRL AC100-120M is fairly simple. When the input voltage or current is applied to the input terminal, the timer starts counting down from the set time delay. Once the timer reaches zero, the output relay will be energized until the input voltage or current is removed. During energization, the LED indicator and buzzer will be activated to signal the user. If the input is not activated again, the reset button can be used to reset the time delay.The H3CR-HRL AC100-120M is an extremely versatile time delay relay that can be used in a variety of applications.
