It features 2 types of contact pads (steel & brass), which are both manufactured with a high-temperature-resistant Polyimide-FEP insulator material. The steel contacts are Tin (Sn) plated and provide a minimum contact resistance of ≤2 mΩ while the brass contacts are Gold (Au) plated and offer a minimum contact resistance of ≤1 mΩ. This pre-crimped lead is rated for up to 1A and up to 150VAC, making it suitable for use in a variety of industrial applications.

The working principle of the H4BXG-10108-S6 is simple. The two contacts are connected together through the pre-crimped lead material and the connection is secured by securing the cover.
