HA1630S08CMEL-E is a linear amplifier available from Intersil. It is designed to deliver low-cost and low-power performance for many radio frequency (RF) applications. The amplifier offers a wide range of features that make it suitable for RF, wireless and wireless-digital applications such as receivers, transmitters, nearby base stations and power amplifiers. This device is ideal for producing a wide range of amplifier responses such as gain, linearity, and noise performance.HA1630S08CMEL-E is an Operating Power Amplifier (OPA) with a low-noise figure, high-linearity and low-power consumption design. This makes it ideal for applications such as RF signal conditioning, RF signal amplification, RF remote control and signal conditioning for radio communications. It is also suitable for other low-level AC signal conditioning applications. The HA1630S08CMEL-E device is a low-power, Class AB amplifier that is based on a voltage-mode architecture. The very low-noise figure (VNFT) of 0.6dB is due to the low power consumption of the device that minimizes the need for signal conditioning. The device offers a high-linearity with a third-order intercept point (IP3) of 25dBm. The HA1630S08CMEL-E device is also available with a load-modulated power-supply (LMS) architecture, providing higher dynamic range and improved linearity. The LMS architecture allows the device to operate with small signal swing and the impedance of the load will determine the output power. The HA1630S08CMEL-E device has a wide range of applications, including digital-to-analog and analog-to-digital converters, digital radio, mobile systems, and audio-video systems.
