This device is also well-suited for applications which require isolated power distribution, such as power test systems and industrial control systems.The HCPL-T250-500E Isolator – Gate Driver offers excellent galvanic isolation and fast switching speed. This isolator – gate driver features an internal power supply input voltage range of 4-32V DC and an output voltage range of 4-32V DC. It also features a high switching speed of 15-20ns, and is capable of driving relay actuators, transformers, voltage regulators, and other loads with excellent current and voltage performance.In addition, this isolator – gate driver also offers excellent electrostatic protection and impedance matching. It offers protection against static electricity, preventing it from entering the external circuitry. It also features an integrated charge pump, which allows it to charge a low-input power device while providing a low impedance.
