<p>The HFA80NC40C is an array of individually controllable rectifiers which can be used in various applications. This type of rectifier is commonly used in applications that require a high power switch, such as motor control, AC output switching, and rectifying circuits. The HFA80NC40C array contains eight rectifiers each with an individual integrated circuit switch, allowing for independent switching of each rectifier for a particular application.
