HI5860SOICEVAL1 is a digital-to-analog interface board evaluation for Low-Power, Single-Supply, 12-Bit, Digital Interface is designed for use with the HI5860S application specific integrated circuit (ASIC) device. It provides engineers and designers with an easy to use evaluation and development platform to evaluate and develop systems with the HI5860S device. This evaluation board simplifies the selection of the HI5860S device for a broad range of applications, including industrial control, test and measurement, consumer electronics, and automotive.The HI5860SOICEVAL1 is a complete analog circuit evaluation system consisting of the HI5860S device and a complete evaluation and development board. The HI5860S device is designed to provide a low power, single supply, 12-bit digital interface for interfacing with digital data converters, such as DACs and ADCs. The HI5860S can be used to interface with either external or internal analog processors, including precision resolution measuring units (PRMs), as well as digital-to-analog converters (DACs).The HI5860S device is designed to provide precise voltage and current control, allowing for improved system performance and accuracy. The HI5860S provides a single 12-bit output, allowing for 12-bit resolution from the DACs. Additionally, the HI5860S device provides an internal temperature sensor interface, allowing users to accurately measure the temperature of the system.The HI5860SOICEVAL1 board includes a range of switchable power supply options with voltages ranging from 3.3V to 5V. Additionally, the board includes external connections for voltage/current measuring systems and external control devices, such as a digital potentiometer.
