The HIN208CB is a part of the Interface-Drivers, Receivers, Transceivers family. It operates as a low voltage transceiver, controlling transfer of data between logic levels of a system within a voltage range of 0.9V to 5.5V.The HIN208CB has a number of features which enable it to be utilised in a variety of applications. On its primary level, the HIN208CB allows for bidirectional transfer of digital signals from one system to another with a single board, without the need for manual configuration.The HIN208CB supports many different physical communication protocols, from low-voltage transfer (LVO) to fast Transfer of digital data. The part is equipped with 10mA of current drive (sink) current for 5V systems, and is capable of taking up to 25mA for a 12V system.
