HMC158 is a globally deployable RF chip integrated radio receiver vector down converter (Rx VDC) for wireless applications which includes a half-rate integer-N frequency synthesizer (SS), a mix-down path composed of Gilbert cell multipliers and low-pass filters (LPF), a 3-state variable-attenuator-based programmable gain stages (PGA), a signal-processing unit (SPU) supports high linearity performance and a powerful DOB reduction mechanism by implementing a analog pre-distortion, an RF VDC module integrated with an advanced digital IF processor (DSP).

HMC158 has a wide application field and provides the best combination of low complexity for frequency synthesis, linearity, noise level, and size.
