The LNA is designed to provide high gain with low noise and input linearity. The IRM is designed to reject unwanted image signals and the VGA is designed to control the gain of the RF signal. The linear mode module consists of a third order harmonic rejection filter, a low pass filter, an adjustable limiter, gain control and AGC circuits, and voltage control elements. The filter and limiter circuits are designed to reject any unwanted third order harmonic signals. The gain control and AGC circuits are designed to enable precise control of the gain of the RF signal. The voltage control elements are designed to enable the adjustment of the threshold voltage, input and output levels, and attenuation values.
