This product is designed to provide high instantaneous bandwidth with low insertion losses across a variety of applications, like transmit and receive low noise amplifiers (LNAs). It provides exceptional performance and is applicable to diverse application fields, such as point-to-point microwave radios, wireless backhaul applications, and base-station transceivers.This HMC737LP4ETR model has an integrated GaN power device, which supports an industry-leading output power of 11 dBm (1W) at 10 GHz and 14 dBm (2W) at 6 GHz. It also features a wide instantaneous bandwidth of 8.5 GHz (3-11.5 GHz) and low noise figure of 1.6 dB at 10 GHz and 2.0 dB at 6 GHz. Moreover, the HMC737LP4ETR has a very high linearity of having a 1 dB compress point of 12.5 dBm (4W) at 6 GHz and 10 dBm (10W) at 10 GHz.The HMC737LP4ETR is designed using the latest process technologies, with a digitally-controlled auto level loop (ALC) that enables fast device programming and logarithmic impedance matching for both the power amplifier and low noise amplifier components. To support these features, the HMC737LP4ETR employs an external controller, such as the HMC737DR03, which provides an RF interface through the SPI, I2C and JTAG connectors, as well as a digital controller, such as the HMC630P30 DR1, to control the programming. This combination provides a highly integrated solution for the various applications.The active gain block supports a wide range of inputs including coaxial, BGA, waveguide, and LTCC, as well as integrated RF surfaces and body biasing. Additionally, it is available in a variety of output impedance levels up to 50 ohms.Finally, the HMC737LP4ETR has a variety of features that make it perfect for many different applications.
