The HMC895 is a combination of a low-noise amplifier, a variable gain amplifier, a variable-gain filter amplifier and a digitally programmable low-pass filter. It has an input impedance of 50ohm and requires a dual power supply of ±5V at 135mA. It comes in a 28-pin LFBGA package with a wide temperature range of -40°C - 85°C. It has an image-reject output stage that provides a maximum gain of 22dB, with a 3dB bandwidth from 400MHz to 4GHz.The main functions of the HMC895 are as follows:1.
