Working Principle of HPR13050PHNSNMAA01

The HPR13050PHNSNMAA01 works mainly through the output of alternating current and then transformed into direct current. In the process of alternating current to direct current, it uses an internal switching rectification circuit comprising of power diodes, field effect transistors, MOSFETs and relays to control the output voltage accurately. First, the alternating current mains power passes through a current limiting resistor and then get transformed into an alternating voltage. This alternating voltage is constantly monitored by the built-in pressure regulating circuit and get continuously rectified into direct current. Then the output voltage is adjusted as per the user requirements. The relays in the rectification circuit are mainly used to limit the current flow. When the output current reaches the preset value, the relay automatically disconnects the circuit avoiding any further increase in the current output. In order to maintain the set output voltage, the output voltage is also constantly monitored by an internal voltage reference circuit using zener diodes.In addition, the HPR13050PHNSNMAA01 also features thermal protection circuits. When the internal temperature of the device rises beyond a certain level, the over-temperature detectors activate the thermal protection circuit ensuring the output voltage and current remain within safe limits.
