HS18230

HS18230 is a rectifier diode with a single configuration and is highly resistant to electric shock. It features an anode and a cathode, as well as two leads. This diode is used in many applications, from automotive systems to AC-DC converter circuits. Its design incorporates an anode structure comprising an indium phosphide substrate and electrodes for internal conduction.
