TVS diodes are transient voltage suppressors designed to protect sensitive electronic components and circuits from transient voltages, usually from lightning or induced voltage surges. The super low capacitance of the HSP061-4F4 (only 0.04 pF) further makes it well-suited for data line applications where transfer speeds may be too high for a standard TVS diode. Its low capacitance prevents it from affecting the signal integrity of the data line, allowing it to transfer data without interference or degradation.
