HU20260 is a single-phase bridge rectifier with a maximum average forward current of 2A and a forward operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The device is designed to provide a low-resistance connection between mains AC input and DC output load. With this device, it is possible to maximize power conversion efficiency and reduce power losses for both AC and DC applications.The HU20260 is a three-terminal device with two faces (Anode and Cathode) connected together through a single bridge rectifier arrangement.
