Working Principle
The ICL7641CCPD+ is a voltage comparator that operates according to the following principle: when the common mode input voltage of the comparator is higher than the reference voltage applied to the non-inverting input terminal, the output of the comparator is pulled high and the output voltage is equal to the supply voltage.
