ICL7660ISA+ is an application specific multi-channel PWM boost converter with an integrated high-side power switch. It offers an optimal solution for powering various voltage rails from a single battery. This device combines the high-efficiency and wide-frequency range boost converter, the low RDSON high-side MOSFET, the high-side power current monitoring, and the open-drain, low quiescent current oscillator all in a tiny QFN package.
